  • Are NOT ready to make sacrifices👊 to achieve their goals

  • Are NOT willing to be HONEST and OPEN about their experiences


WHAT WOULD WE BE PROVIdiNG YOU?

Our Coaching Services include:

1. nutrition

  • Nutrition Plans detailed in a Google Doc Spreadsheet

  • We will prescribe you MACROS (Carbs🍓, Fats🥑, Protein🥩, Fiber🥗) to track based on your Physique or Scale Weight goals

  • You will also get a list of FOOD Recommendations:

    • Ex: How many fruits🍓, vegetables, healthy fats to include in your diet for performance, adherance and health.

2. training

  • Individualized Programs💪 updated weekly that includes:

    • Exercise Selection

    • Sets, Rep Ranges, Effort, and Intensity

  • Based on your lifting/physique goals:

    • Powerlifting Prep using the principles of Block periodization

    • Hypertrophy-based Programs (Muscle Building) for either:

      • Overall AESTHETICS/Lagging Body Parts

      • Limiting Muscle Groups in the Power-Lifts

      • Maintain Muscle Mass while CUTTING

  • Video Analysis on how to refine technique on your lifts

  • For Powerlifters:

    • Meet day handling (in-person for NJ clients)

    • Water💧Cutting Guide

3. accountability/flexibility

  • Weekly check-ins via Email 📨or Skype🎥 to:

    • Answer Questions❓❔❓

    • Provide Guidance/Comfort

    • Give Feedback

  • We also create FLEXIBLE Guidelines to work with the LIFESTYLE of the client and their goals

  • Access to our EXCLUSIVE Scarlet Mass Facebook Group with all of our clients in it.

Lastly, along with delivering results, we take pride in explaining to our clients the WHY behind the process.

We want our clients to be better equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to help them continue their success. While working with us, clients will have a better understanding of the following:

  • The concepts, philosophy, and theory of the training/nutrition programming for their particular goals

  • WHEN and WHY to make adjustments to their future training/nutrition based on certain observations

  • How to focus on the BIG PICTURE to develop a Long-term plan to layout the most effective and practical ways to achieve their goals

  • Applying practical tools and strategies to develop gameplans that fit THEIR lifestyles while still focusing on the important variables


for beginners

If interested in Weight Loss or Physique Development, we PREFER our clients to have an understanding of what Macros are and HOW to track them.
